Sep 3, 2012 12:46 AM in response to Ingo2711by ascovarrubias,Are you asking if I set it back to factory settings? If so yes I did that yesterday morning and it has been fine until that error today. I don't under stand why it would say it was hot, when I am in house where it is very cool and it had only been on about 15 minutes.
How would resetting the ipod help with the error?
Thank you for your help

Sep 3, 2012 1:05 PM in response to ascovarrubiasby Ingo2711,You can try the reset first, but if this does not help, try to set it up as new device, if you don't use the latest backup afterwards, you could be sure, that the problem is not software related, if it should come back.
