I Want to change my store to usa

Can i use us store

I also want to change the store outside US. I live in Amsterdam

Change iTunes Store Country on an iDevice

1. Tap Settings;

2. Tap iTunes & App Stores;

3. Tap View Apple ID;

4. Enter your user name and password;

5. Tap Country/Region;

6. Tap Change Country/Region;

7. Select the region where you will be located;

8. Tap Done.

But I don't live in us just want to purchase off the us store. It asks for zip codes and state which I don't have

I want to change my store into u.s store and do I need to have my same apple Id account with itune store
