Q: How do i unsync as i have accidentally sync my partners and my contacts onto eachothers iphones via itunes

I have accidentally synced my phone with my partners on his itunes account,i now have all hos contacts and he has mine.i have lost all my messages and have all his.Have lost my images and notes, and have his.

What to do to fix this????

Please help, can i reverse the damage
