Q: My Ipod photo is showing a sad ipod icon when I turn it on.

Hey guys.... Is there anybody who help me in solving my Ipod related problem. My Ipod photo is showing a sad ipod icon when I turn it on. A few days back, it was going well but I don't know how it happend. iTunes is not showing my device as well and I am unable to restore it. Please help me if there anykind of solution is available.

Note that it is often a hardware issue, usually with the iPod's hard drive, meaning you'll need to take or send your iPod in for repair.
