Yes you can. I am using Toast 15 Titanium. Go to 'Applications" hover the cursor over the folder 'Toast XX Titanium', and in the sub menu you will find 'Live Screen Capture'. Select a frame rate (I use 30fps). I leave the 'Video Preset at 'Native Resolution' but you can chose. When you press the record button it will record (until you stop it) whatever video or TV or film you have playing on the screen. It will then ask if you want to save it. It is saved in the 'Roxio Captured Items' folder which on my Mac is in 'Documents'. Unfortunately there does not seem to be anyway to change where it is saved. It works for me OK.
Hi Anthony,
It says... Grab Videos & Music from anywhere.

Yes it says it can but I am still not clear how you go about saving a live stream. I am 66 and find it quite difficult to figure out so any help would be very much appreciated.
Thanks I can work it out from here.
Good news & good luck! 🙂
Quicktime X (v.10+) also does screen capture of video: use "File: New Screen Recording".
