Q: I have tried to download two films two day ago, they have stopped downloading, how can I refresh them to get them to down load?

I have purchased two films from the iTunes store but they have stopped downloading and seem to have gotten stuck. When I go onto purchased they're showing as one playing, but it hasn't downloaded and the other shows as down loaded but it hasn't. How can I refresh them?
