MacBook logic board issue I think?

I have a late 08 MacBook unibody, it got water damaged, hard drive is fine, will turn on but no chime, the battery indicator on the side works and the little light on the front works also but the screen and apple light up logo on the back stay off. Do you think this is a logic board issue or something else? Thanks a lot.
