You need to restore iPhone with iTunes on computer. Open iTunes on computer, connect iPhone to computer, hold both home and power buttons until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode. Click Restore button of iTunes.

connect it to iTunes. if your iPhone recognizes the mac or the pc you're trying to sync it with, it'll come out of the disabled state.

then restore it using iTunes. when it finishes, it'll be unprotected. so you can use your iPhone again. just remember not to check the "restore from backup" box, because it'll get all the previous settings again, therefore, your password will be up again.

that is the worst part of it. you'll have to sync all your songs, pics, videos, etc. again, and get your stuff from iCloud. it takes some time, but works.

    Connect to iTunes
Right Click on iPhone-on left pane
    Click Backup
Its going to tell you"iphones is locked with passcode, please try again later"
That time you be able to enter your screen lock passcode.
Enter your passcode and then It will Unlock!
