Q: Is there a way to set all sounds to vibrate or silent EXCEPT incoming calls?

I want to set my phone to vibrate for all texts and notifications at night but still hear the phone ring in case of emergency....is there a way to set all sounds to vibrate EXCEPT incoming calls?

Bit of a kludge but you can plug in a set of headphones. Everything but the ring will go through them.

Anyone know why Apple won't build an app to solve this or let someone else do it?

Coming from Android, it seems like this should be a base feature of all phones.

How about using Do Not Disturb which is built into iOS 6?
