Do you by any chance have 1 hour time difference to your SIRI language origin or are your iCloud and iPhone set to the same time zone?
My Siri language is set to English (US), and I am in Cairo, Egypt. Both my iPhone and iCloud are set to Cairo time.
Check Settings > General > Date & Time > Set Automatically to Off and set the Time Zone.

I will also say this:
Every year, Egypt used to set the clock one hour ahead in the summer (from GMT +2 to GMT +3), until 2011. The year 2010 was the last time Egypt ever did that, and now the time doesn't change and is always set to GMT +2.
Maybe Apple hasn't done something to account for that, and that's why Siri is messing up by one hour?
Do you know anybody else with iPhoen 4S to confirm if it is a timezone issue specific to Egypt?
If you do then test and if it happens there, too, feedback to the feedback page.
If not the issue is not one that can be resolved by Apple.
i am in cairo egypt also and have the same issue , i am using the iphone 5 and every time i use siri to book a reminder it does the same exact problem. please help
guys i found a way to make it work till apple figure something out.
change your time zone in your settings to harare and all will work well.
go to settings , then date and time, then change time zone to harare.
when you use siri it will work fine.
i remember i had to do this on my blackberry for it to save meetings at the correct time .
When I say to Siri "remind me to buy milk at 11 AM," the transcription will say exactly what I said and Siri will say "Here's your reminder for 11 AM: buy milk," however, the actual reminder will say "Buy milk 10:00 AM." Does anyone know why it does this?
