Iphone trade in?

Anyone ever use this Apple service? In researching the soon to be announced new Iphone I stumbled across this Apple service. They send you a gift card for the value of my one year old 4S.

Unfortunately, like another similar service, I'd be without a phone for a few weeks and wouldn't be able to transfer data, photos, etc to the new Iphone.

Of course you can transfer your data, but: who is offering this service.

What do they say your 4S is worth and who said there will be a new iPhone?

It's a "Recycle" program run by a third-party...not a true trade-in program. You'd get far more money selling your phone yourself on someplace like eBay.
