Synchronising Iphone 4s calendar with Outlook

My Iphone calendar has stopped synchronising with my Outlook calendar, but if I put events into my Outlook calendar they show up on my Iphone, anyone have any advise on how to get it back to synchronising both ways?

iPhone 4S, iOS 5
