Q: Why do some of my contact phone numbers sync to outlook and some don't?

With the large number of phones in any household these days I have taken to assigning a custom name to numbers such as He and She so I can differentiate them. Is there a way to get these to show up in MS Outlook 2007? If not, how do the default number names like Pager link to Outlook?
