I cannot remember the ID or Password I used for itunes Match. Can anyone advise?

I cannot remember the ID or Password I used to sign up fro itune Match. I believe I used an ID email address ending with me.com as suggested by the Apple Store but that is it. Can anyone help? I have no music.
