Playlist Folder Question

I have a folder which is full of folders with different Band Names. Inside those there are multiple songs by the band. I want to import them into iTunes and a playlist folder at the same time so that I can open them within the playlist folder to keep or delete them without having to hunt each one down individually in the Music folder. Is there a way to do that or a different/better way of getting the job done? Thanks for any suggestions>
