The TC needs to be configured in Bridge Mode since you already have another router "upstream" on the network.
Open Macintosh HD > Applications > Utilities > AirPort Utility
Click on the the TC icon, then click Edit
Click the Network tab at the top of the page
Insure that Router Mode is set to "Off (Bridge Mode)"
Update to save the settings
Thanks Bob, that resolved the Double NAT conflict with the TC, however now the network doesn't recognize my Airport Express that I use to extend wi-fi coverage in our large home. Can you help me with that too? Tnx, Q
I guess I just needed to give it some time, as the airport utility now shows the AE as green. Thanks for the help. Q

Is it actually setup in router mode.. or 1:1 NAT.. ??
Be careful here.. what Bob helpfully showed in turning the TC to bridged is the right way to go.. but the DM111 is not designed to be a full router. What it might do is a special kind of NAT.. to isolate your computers from the internet.. but not actually supply full router services..
Anyhow test it.. if you run into issues with Bob's suggestion.. because there is only one IP available.. use either PPPOE in the TC and fully bridge the netgear.. your ISP has to allow pppoe authentication.. it varies around the world.
Or simply ignore double NAT.. for this special setup it will not do anything bad.
