please help. I have reseted all settings. I have deleted apps. Nothing seems to help.

    Restore iPhone on computer with iTunes. At end when prompted, Set Up as New iPhone. See if it is better. If not, all iPhone 4S have Warranty, make Genius reservation and take to Apple for Warranty resolution of the problem.
