A friend arrived last night from Turkey. She forgot her AC charger for her new iPad. Can I use my 500mAH - to - 1500mAH chargers (110VAC) with no problem to charge her iPad?

Given that all you need is a plug adapter if you were taking your US ipad to other countries, I would think so. does Turkey run on 220 or 110?

The output of the iPad charger is 5V @ 2A. Using your charger may work, but take longer. Is your charger 5V?

That was what was bothering me ... I was using a 500mAH charge system, and it was not charging as quickly as I would like (grin). THANK YOU for the milliamp rating figures!
