Apple stores (including the online Apple store) will not ship out of the country. You'll need to look for a reseller in Argentina or purchase the product and ship or carry it yourself.

I don't think there is a way to reserve a machine before going to the store, though possibly if you called and told them you were coming in that day and needed a machine with certain specifications they could put one aside for you. Call the store you will be going to and ask them.

I strongly recommend that you do not buy an iPhone in the US. The warranty and service would not be valid in Argentina (or any other country other than in the US) so if anything were to go wrong with the iPhone that would require it to be serviced, you would need to ship the iPhone to a friend or relative in the US to take or send to Apple for service and then return it to you.

I would have to agree with varjak paw here. Further, any iPhone except the factory unlocked phones that Apple sells - for a much higher price - will not work with other carriers.

Have you ever seen the lines outside of the Apple stores on release day? Much as I would like a new iPhone I would not subject myself to that. And I can pretty much guarantee they will NOT reserve one for you then. They often sell out very quickly and have to wait for further shipments.

I'm afraid there is no way to know that. Apple has not even told us when it will be in the stores yet.
