After updating to iOS 5.1.1 my signal is very poor, dropped calls occur constantly, I have to reboot my phone 20 times a day just so I could regain service. I read through online forums, there are THOUSANDS having the exact same issues. How can you help?

There are not thousands of users experiencing issues. Even if there were, out of the millions of iPhones in the world, it is a tiny fraction of users experiencing issues.
Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these steps in order until the issue is resolved.
Also, contact the carrier to rule out network issues and possibly replace the SIM card.
I have updated both of my devices to iOS5.1.1 and have no issues. None of my friends with iPhones have issues.
Thats for the try but definetly no help, already did eveything you mentioned, as well as replace the device.
By the way, even if it were 2 people wiht issue, we paid 600 bucks for the thing, do SOMETHING about it.

How exactly is it my problem or anyone else's problem that you chose to pay full retail for the device?
Address the connectivity issues with the carrier. If you've replaced the device and the issue continues, that logically indicates the issue is with the SIM or the carrier.
Why are thousands of people having the same service issues with the iOS 5.1.1 upgrade?
