I cant find the link to the JAVA download I need!!

I have iMac OS X version 10.6.8. I just got a new harddsik installed, and I think thats why Java dosen't work. Anybody help me what to do?

What did you or someone else install on the new HD? If 10.6.8, launch the Java Preferences.app in /Utilities/ and install the latest Java Runtime Environment. Then, if you don't see SE 6 at 1.6.0.33, install update 9. Don't forget to click on the enable box and do the same in Safari.
