iWork offline - Maintenance

Hi

I am having some difficulty with syncing pages docs and I think I have narrowed the fault down to a partially upload doc that is sitting on the server. However, I am not allowed to delete any files or make any changes.

When I try to delete, i get the message 'Error has occured communicating with the server' and then a message saying iWork is locked due to maintenance...

I would simply like to delete everything from my iWork pages and start again, any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

Mark

We are talking about the iWork page at http://icloud.com ? (And not iwork.com, which is terminated?)

Someone else posted with a similar issue in early August:

iWork locked for maintenance each time I try and delete/download an iWork file from the web.

and the conclusion was that is was an Apple server problem: someone else found that it cleared itself after a bit. You could try Support - http://www.apple.com/support/icloud/contact/ - you may get into an argument with them over whether you should pay for it.
