Wired Keyboard End key

Both of my iMac's came with wireless keyboards which I was never happy with. I just bought a wired keyboard and it works great. I love the look and feel of the keyboard. Now if I could just get the "home" key and the "end" keys to work I would be beyond happy.

I've tried every combination of keys I could think of but so far have been unsuccessful.

How do I get the "end" key to go to the end of the line and how do I get the "home" key to go to the beginning of the line the way it has worked on keyboards since the beginning of time?

Any help will be much appreciated.
