i have an iphone 4 and the facetime app is not appering on my phone

I have an iphone 4 and do not have the app icon of facetime on my phone yet it is listed in my settings help please.

iPhone 4, Windows XP

There is no FaceTime icon. It appears as a button in the Contacts App under each entry.
