adobe flash player 11 doesen't works on 10.8.1! what can i do? whats the best flash player for mac?

Whatever the latest version is from Adobe.

First try deleting Flash Player by carefully following the instructions on Adobe's website:

http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-mac-os.html

Then install it again from this location only:

I'm using mac os X mavericks and I wanted to update the latest Adobe Flash Player but it couldn't. It says to close the Safari and I tried to close the browser but still can't. I have re-install and install for many times but still unable to update. Would you tell me some solutions so that I can get the latest version?

Did you just close the Safari window or did you actually close Safari? If you just closed the browser window you need to stop Safari.
