flash player wont let me click allow or deny on safari version 6.0 on mountain lion 10.8.1

i have the latest osx and safari and flash player. when ever i try to use my webcam on facebook or any other website i am unable to click allow or deny. does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it?

tried that and still nothing the allow or deny screen is like frozen or somthing. this happened before when i first downloaded lion. then it started working after a while. i dont know why tho
