How do i choose where to save a file?

I want to be able to choose the exact location of where the file will be saved from the save dialog. (Seing a folder, and being able to choose a location e.g. in a new folder within it)

I know it is possible to use recent locations and top locations, but I need to able to choose beetween all of my locations, not having to go back into finder to put them where i really want them. Is there any way of doing that? 🙂
