It's a phone number, the one for the US Apple Store. If you look at your telephone, you'll see that 1-800-MY-APPLE is in numerical terms 1-800-692-7753.
As the others clearly said in your other thread:

if you wish to purchase Snow Leopard, call the Apple Store and ask if they still have copies available for sale. Snow Leopard has never been available for download.
Regards.
I whent to apple store to buy it, and they told me that i have to buy online, if they were told me you have to call to some number, I were not been trying find online. well I can buy on ebay i tnink, apple store losses many just for idiots.
You're not going to find 10,6 Snow Leopard new, sealed retail DVD for $29 U.S.
You're going to pay a lot more. At least $10 more, maybe double Apple's price.
Just call the flippin' phone number, ask for software sales and order a copy by phone and get it for a bottom line price instead of hunting eBay or Amazon or wherever for what is going to be a more expensive DVD.

Try third party online vendors for older software versions. What are you looking for??
