I am assuming they mean 240 pin and not 204 pin?

Just that, it says 204 pin in the article about what ram my mid 2011 imac would accept, and says 204 pin. I'm assuming it's a typo and not that I have to break 36 pins off of something

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.2)
