When I try to play a movie on my Apple TV that is stored in iTunes it starts loading and then stops with this message: "An error occurred loading this content. Try again later."
Also, how do I know what Apple TV I have? ie: Apple or Apple 2 (mine is a small square black box)

Check istumbler.net or netstumbler for interference
Reboot router
Try ethernet if on wifi
Check firewall and security software (if applicable)

Both Apple TV 2nd and 3rd gen are a black box. The difference is the latter can output 1080P
