My apple I'd shows the wrong email. How do I change it?

When I go to update my apps it shows the wrong email address. I can't find how to change this

iPod touch, iOS 5.1.1

To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased them. That message indicates that either your iPod is not signed into the account that purchased the apps (Settings>Store to sign out and in) or that you have apps purchased from more than one account that need updating. In that case you have to update them one at a time until all the remain apps that need updating were purchased from one account.
