Read the link provided. Apple doesn't want any unsolicited suggestions from you or anyone else. And if you still choose to submit an unsolicited idea it becomes their property and you will NOT be compensated for it. You cannot sue them later if they come out with the idea you submitted.

Again, read the link. Apple does NOT want ideas from you at all.
