Photos not saving to camera roll
I cannot save my photos from Photo Stream to Camera Roll. I press the right button but nothing happens.

Exactly what procedure are you using to try to save to the camera roll.

I select the photos on my photo stream, then click on Save to Camera Roll, thanks
Is this from the photostream thumbnail page and then using the save button.
In the past when I saved a photo, it went right to Camera Roll. Now when I save a photo it says saving to Picture Folder. Can you tell me how I can find that folder?
its the privacy settings in ios 6 had this problem myself this seemed to fix it
go to settings>privacy>photos>and turn what you want to save on from off
I'm having this same problem and I tried the settings and that doesn't work either. It only does it on videos not on the photos.
