recovering paid and lost games back?

If they are in your iTunes library and you had backed up the device then you could not only restore the games to the device, but even recover your game progress. If you have no backup then you should at least be able to download the apps from the iTunes Store, so long as they have not been withdrawn.

How do i find my itunes library on my ipad?

PLEASE,someone has to help me! All my handicapped daughters games and other things are gonefrom her ipad. Im sure it has something to do with billing,but im also sure nothing has been purchased from itunes in the last week.not only are the games removed,the icloud,facebook,messages,ect, have been dimmed out so i cant use those.when i tried to re-download these,it goes to sign in for billing. I have no emails about purchases,NONE,cant call anyone,i have no phone.i had a phOne app i used regularly,but that too is gone.NO responses to any emails..i'm not giving any billing info,when i do not know what for or how much. This ipad is my girl's life,who,by the way,was recently diagnosed with stage three cancer..someone tell me what to do...

The iTunes Library should be on your computer. See Empty/corrupt library after upgrade/crash for tips on getting that back into shape. You should then be able to restore the device to put back the content, apps & data.
