Question

Ipod mini wont connect to itunes it just says on the ipod do not disconnect

k i just got my ipod from apple becasue my other one was busted, well when i got it i already had the softwear on my comp so i just connected it. well now it just says do not disconnect and when i start up my comp it says do u want to update ur ipod or what ever but when i do click ok it just stays the same. Please help me!

Also, use this to disconnect your iPod...
How to Safely Disconnect

Now open iTunes. Connect the iPod. What does it say? Does it do anything?

Finally, is the iPod appearing in iTunes? If so, go to edit-->preferences in iTunes and click the iPod tab. Make sure it is set to automatically update all songs and playlists. Click OK.
