I recently create a partition and there is nothing on it, i delete it like 10s after i create it. When i delete it, it did delete but it leave an empty space where it was. I try to resize the Macintosh HD to fill in the gap and hit apply. When it is done processing, the Macintosh HD jump back to where it were and it still leave a gap. The gap is 30gb.

AFAIK, you have to remove the Boot Camp one first. Check DU's help files. I don't do windoze, so can't help with any of that stuff.

i install bootcamp like 5 month ago, and only boot it up about 2-3 times. And i don't want to delete bootcamp, i want to increase the size of Macintosh HD to fill in the gap between Macintosh HD and bootcamp.
IF you carefully reread the two above Replies, they answered your question: You'll need to delete Bootcamp in order to accomplish what you want to do. If you don't happen to want to do that, that can't be helped.
