I keep getting pop ups of naked women with a link to local s***s! on my iPad 2... I'm only on furniture websites and catalogues and thy have no links for this kind of stuff and it does not show in history... Any advice on how to stop this would be much appreciated.

This is either a hack of that site, if the problem occurs only with that site, or you are on a compromised network, most likely a hacked wireless router. See:

Settings>Safari>Clear History, Cookies and Data
Have you tried going to Settings > Safari and turning "Block Pop-ups" ON?
Also make sure Pop-ups are blocked

This doesn't work. I get **** pop ups when I am on the Oprah site...!! They are from VIPTRK.COM. None of this ever happened before up upgrade on Sunday April 27 to iOS 7.1.1
