Q: where can I get a repair in dubai?

Thanks again. I've just been doing some research and it's an AASP apple authorised service provider, not an actual apple store. I will give them a call but I doubt that they can do repairs there. I worked for an actual Apple Retail Store in the UK. Dubai needs one!

Yes that is definitely an Apple store and it looked similar to the one I worked in but they lied.
