Someone gave me a 9 dollar app by signing in their apple id, then i synced it to itune. Now it won't open. Can someone please HELP ME!!!!!!!!!

You should delete the app and purchase it yourself. Using an app obtained that way is stealing.
Problem with that, they gave that to me as a gift.
They shuld have gifted the app to you. That way they pay for it but it is under your account.
You can try here. However, you may have to delete and reinstall the app and that requires using their account ID and password.
