video uploads rotated in server - iphone sdk

I have selected one video for uploading to the server from the pikerview.

I did successfully completed the task of selecting it and uploading it to server with php webservice.

The issue is that when I see that video in the web it is rotated to 90 degree. Same problem I had with the image i fixed its rotation and it worked. Didn't have any idea how to do it with video. Do let me know will it be possible to fix its rotation from iphone or do need to look some solution in my webservice.
