Google Apps. SL sync with GADS

I am just setting up sync from OD/Ldap snow leopard server to google apps using the GADS tool.

i AM seeing several issues which are slowing me down, i am NOT dealing with diary and calendaring - in particular i am interested in how people have solved the password sync option, i think i now have a handle on it, but would be interested in other peoples solutions.

i am interested in the Open Ldap memberOf overlay

i am interested in methiods to sync the passwords between PasswordServer/Open Ldap

i am interested if anyone is using GAD with M/L
