how do i uninstall spotify

download and install application called appcleaner and select the app you want to delete

Appcleaner is good, but double check what it is removing from your comp to make sure it isn't too aggressive and deletes files you may still need.

or you can go in to Finder > Applications and remove it there, if you cant find it there you can try click it and it will be a "?" on it then hold it untill you can press the "x" in the top corner of the app

if you don't want to use appcleaner first make sure you have the name of the programm and the creators name e.g. Ubisoft then delete the programm in your applications folder.

now you want to delete the background datas:

1 open terminal

2 type in: chflags nohidden ~/Library (you can make the "~" using (alt + N))

Be careful what you are doing now!

3 in this folder search for a folder called like the application or the creator of the programm!

4 delete this folder AFTER checking wat is in there maybe you have another programm in this folder installed that you want to keep!

5 if there isn't such a folder seach in folder application support in the library folder repeat point 3 and 4!
