24" LCD cinema display panel weight

does the spec weight of 21 lbs. ( http://support.apple.com/kb/SP502 ) for the 24" apple cinema display include the stand? If so, what is the weight of the panel without the stand? I'm looking at monitor arms and most say that the max weight is 20 lbs..

Also, does anyone know the weight of the VESA mount plate for the cinema display?
