I'm trying to add a windows PC to our mac file sharing network. Not sure about the advice: "set up an account (on the mac) for windows users."

I've managed to get where the Windows 7 PC can access the mac mini on our little network. But I notice that one folder (a subfolder) cannot be seen by the PC. It shows all of the subfolders under a certain folder except for one. I can't figure out from the Mac Info/Permissions why it should be 'hidden', it says that Everyone can Read/Write.
