What is the last version of Xcode supported in Leopard?

I haven't yet transitioned to Snow Leopard - I have Xcode 3 on my PPC, what is the last version I can install on Leopard (OS X 10.5.8)?

Mac OS X (10.5.8), G5 Quad/G3
