keyboard

Recently I spilled a small amout of liquid on the keyboard. At the time their didn't seem to be any damage and it worked fine. A couple of hours later when I went to type something into my keyboard it started to continually type the letter n after I hit a key. I have run a hardware test and there doesn't seem to be a hardware problem. It has lessened considerably now a few hours later but will still sporadically type the letter n for no reason. Has anyone else come across this issue and is it just a temporary thing till all residual liquid disappears.

Thank you for any help you can provide.
