Q: my ipod shuffle wont play music. it just keeps flashing a green light like its paused. my music still plays on itunes off of it though.

My ipod shuffle fourth gen just keeps flashing the green light like its paused i have tried everything but dont want to restore and lose all my music. it wont play the music. when i plug it in to my computer it pulls up itunes and will play the music off of it. please help!

Have you tried resetting the Shuffle to see if that does any good?

yeah i have tried resetting it a couple times. i have searched the web trying to find a way to fix it. it acts like its staying on pause. when i plug it into any computer i can still get the music off it but with headphones it doest do anything. just keeps blinking green.

The only thing I can find in the manual regarding the blinking green light is that the iPod is on pause. The light also flashes green any time you hit any of the controls.
