No, it hasn't been fixed. I gave up for a while due to the act that I couldn't use it without it freezing or crashing. But recently I tried to install Snow Leopard, I already had Lion installed, but it told me "The Contents of this disk can't be changed". So from this I decided to go to Disk Utilities, and verify the disk. From this it told me that my volume was corrupt, and I tried to repair it twice, but it wasn't able to fix the corruption. So I decided to erase the free space, hoping something magical will happen. I think I'll put my Lion install disk in and try to repair it that way. If that doesn't work I might resort to deleting the contents of the disk and reinstalling Lion.

I did a hardware test too, and it came back clean. I think the original hard drive it had was faulty because Apple had reported that the older models had bad hard drives. And when I installed a new hard drive that one was corrupt too...? I have bad luck with this computer. I do think it's the hard drives fault, but I fear I'll get another bad one. Thanks for your help!
