We bought the movie Battleship while in the united states. It has a digital copy redemption code. We have tried to redeem the code but all we get downloaded are the trailer extras and not the movie itself. Our mac computer has been trying to download the movie for two days now and it seems to keep "spinning". Nothing happens. Can you help us.
