I can't access my Netflix

I'm not the most compter savvy person. My Apple TV is no longer showing Netflix on the screen. I can still access my Itunes. System is updated. What should I do?

Unplug it and restart it would be the first thing to try.

I did like they suggested. I just unplugged all the cords for about 20-30 seconds. Once it was plugged back in and restarted, the netflix icon was just there.

spiritcb, netflix has geographical restrictions so if you don't get it it could be because of your location, I am please to confirm Cyprus is one such country😠

You would neede a netflix account and there is an icon on the Apple TV on mine (UK purchase) but I cannot use it.
